Intended Use
This product is an aftermarket automotive accessory intended solely to redirect airflow from an existing vehicles HVAC system. It is designed for use only as described in the provided installation instructions.
Professional Installation Suggested
Installation of this product may require modifications to the vehicle and should be performed only by individuals with appropriate mechanical knowledge and experience.
The installer assumes full responsibility for determining whether this product is compatible with the specific vehicle and whether installation can be completed safely. The seller, Refinity LLC assumes no responsibility for misuse or damage caused by the modification of the vehicle or installation of the product.
User Responsibility
The purchaser and installer are solely responsible for:
- Verifying compatibility with the vehicle.
- Following all installation instructions.
- Performing any required modifications safely.
- Inspecting the installation before operating the vehicle.
- Maintaining the product after installation.
- Ensuring the installation does not interfere with the safe operation of the vehicle, including but not limited to HVAC components, wiring, airbags, seat mechanisms, seatbelt systems, pedals, steering, braking, or other safety systems.
Warning
Do not install this product if installation would:
- Obstruct or interfere with airbags or airbag sensors.
- Interfere with seat movement or seat locking mechanisms.
- Restrict seatbelt operation.
- Contact moving mechanical parts.
- Damage electrical wiring.
- Obstruct vehicle controls.
- Create a fire hazard.
Immediately discontinue use if the product becomes damaged, loose, deformed, or shows signs of excessive wear.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the manufacturer, seller, distributors, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase, installation, use, misuse, inability to use, modification, or removal of this product.
The user assumes all risks associated with installation and use of this product, including any vehicle modifications performed during installation.
Improper Installation and Misuse
The manufacturer shall not be responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from:
- Improper installation.
- Failure to follow instructions.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Use outside the product's intended purpose.
- Alteration of the product.
- Failure to inspect or maintain the installation.
- Accidents or misuse.
No Guarantee of Vehicle Compatibility
Vehicle configurations vary by manufacturer, model, year, trim level, and optional equipment. Compatibility with one vehicle does not guarantee compatibility with another. The installer is responsible for verifying proper fitment prior to installation.
Limited Warranty
Except as expressly provided in any written limited warranty accompanying this product, this product is provided "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer disclaims all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply.
Governing Law
This disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the manufacturer is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
